Cancellation Policy 24-hour notice I understand life happens and the need to rearrange plans last minute, everyone's time is valuable, and appointment times are limited. I kindly ask you to provide me a 24-hour notice to cancel so I can fill the appointment. Late cancellation or day of cancellations for an appointment will be subjected to a fee of 50% for the missed appointment cost and must be paid in order to book next appointment. No showing or missed appointments will be subject to a fee of 75% of the missed appointment cost. For frequently missed, no show, and last-minute cancellations in a 12-month period will result in all pre-booked appointments to be cancelled and client status will be moved to day of booking privileges only. If service is to be paid for with a gift certificate, you forfeit the use and the certificate will be considered voided.
